Job Title:         Business Development Director

Location:         BAART Administration, San Francisco, CA

Job Status:       Full-Time Exempt

 

Job Duties:

-
Identify and recommend strategies, using scientific and anecdotal data, to achieve growth in volume, market share and lead the development and implementation of those strategies; Develop, maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective new locations and acquisitions; Develop new programs in existing facilities; Engage and educate government, payors, and the public to develop support for new and relocated facilities; Lead facility relocation and expansion projects; Participate in the preparation of the financial analyses for new/relocated facilities; Provide expertise in accessing, utilizing and evaluating internal and external data to determine program competitiveness relative to selected markets, maintain ongoing review of market dynamics, new programs, business development opportunities, revenue enhancement; Other tasks as assigned. .


Position Requirements:

Four-year degree in business, health care, or marketing highly desired. Advanced degree (MFT, MPH, RN or MBA) strongly preferred; 5 years in health care administration, and experience in business development preferred but not required; OR 5 years in business development and a minimum of 2 years in health care; Excellent research and data analysis skills; Effective and persuasive presentation and communication through professional, scientific and ethical methods; Must be resourceful and able to investigate, analyze and creatively solve problems.

Job Title:         Medical Director

Location:         Fresno, California

Job Status:       (will consider either Full-time or Part-time)

 

Responsibilities:

-
To assume medical responsibility for the Clinic and to supervise all the medical services rendered to patients; to authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medication by medical staff; and to train all staff in Universal Precautions and emergency medical procedures to be followed in case of medical emergencies. Work is performed under operational supervision. This may include working with Methadone Detox, Maintenance Program and/or Intensive Outpatient Program. .


Requirements:

Must be licensed in good standing to practice medicine as a physician in Arizona. Must have a current and valid DEA registration and may not, at any time, have had an application for registration with the DEA denied, had a DEA registration revoked or surrendered a DEA registration for cause. Must possess, or be able to obtain, credentialing with the State MCO. Must be able to provide comprehensive quality patient care and referrals. One year of primary care experience and substance abuse treatment experience preferred.
